Our Policy
Returns
Korean Beautify offers a 14-day return policy from when you've received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@koreanbeautify.com.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions for sending your item(s).
Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When contacting us regarding damaged, wrong, or missing items, please include the following:
- A photo of the shipping waybill.
- A photo of the package with the shipping waybill attached.
- A photo of the damaged, or incorrect item.
Please do not throw away your original waybills or boxes, as they may be needed upon return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free items
- If you suspect the items caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition.
- Please note that coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees are not refundable
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be refunded using your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@koreanbeautify.com.
In case of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, Korean Beautify’s decision regarding return requests will be final.
